DB-Pros QuickTips - Backing Up your Database
It is always a good idea to back up important files.
Backing up your HR Database is no exception and is a very simple task.
Many external hard drives come with software to
automate the process. A nightly backup can be a good routine.
The HR Database can also quickly be copied manually to a USB
memory stick. The database file containing all of your data is
typically installed in the folder C:\ Program Files (x86) \ DB-Pros, Inc \ HR
Tracking Database Software (tm)
| The file to copy is HR2021-En-US.accde |

(Note: If you are using the network version of the HR database
system, the file containing your data is HR2021-Data.accdb)
If you copy this file, you have successfully backed up
your database!
